King Marcel is not here to revolutionized the Burger World ! 

That said , the spot is really nice mixing burger Joint with typical 1900 French Brasserie style . 

The proposition is classic with a twist , offer one vegan Burger to satisfy everybody and is reasonably priced . 

My favorite is the Marcel Cerdan : what's yours ?

L'Artisan Burger is all about the quality of the product . 

The chef is a MOF ( Best Artisan France ) which garantee that the man is at the top of his game. 

There are 6 permanent propositions of burger and a Burger of the moment created by the chef itslef or a guest Chef .

The place is small but nice . success is there and they now have other spot in Paris , Lyon and planned to open more next year 

One thing i was disappointed with is the "Mac Cain" Fries that are so lame when making home made fries is now " mandatory" in every single burger joint . To my opinion , the proposition from this young chef is genuine and this mistake can be corrected   

Hank Burger

For All My Vegan friends :  here 's a good burger joint for u in the area . 

the proposition is efficient and they keep the menu short ( too Short? ) 

4 differents burgers to choose from and based on the Sauces ( Mustard or Coriander or Basil Tomatoes , Smoked barbecue )

The place is nice and i assure you won't leave the place starving .

BUT East Side Burger (République Area)  is still my favorite Burger Joint

2 reasons for that since the choice of burger is not so superior ( 5 over 4 )

East Side B' receipes are more refined and the choice for food (vegan  hot dogs , salted pies) and desserts are more what you expect from a vegan spot . 


Big Fernand

Big Fernand is one the first BURGER joint that appeared in Paris 

They are one of  the joints that helped define what the "French gastro quality burger" should be like and i praise them for that .

Home made Bread / High Quality Meat / Signature Sauces / High quality Cheese / Home Made Fries.

The success is real and they now have 10 restaurants in Paris and plans to open in London soon

Their concept is now mature and they constantly work on keeping it fresh by making adjustments to perfect it .

Sure Shot ..But maybe Safe Shot
